The “ONE FOR ME, ONE FOR YOU” Promotion period will run from Thursday 8th June to Thursday 26th June 2023 inclusive, and is aimed at all adult customers (18 years of age) of Nomination Srl. The Promotion grants a discount on products selected by Nomination, within the limitations and according to the terms and conditions described below.
The Promotion is valid in-store at participating Nomination Monobrand Stores and multi-brand Retailers; as well as online at www.nomination.com, and via the websites of Nomination multi-brand Retailers, participating in the Promotion. You can check the applicability of the Promotion directly at the stores or websites of the Nomination Retailers participating in the Promotion.
The Nomination “ONE FOR ME, ONE FOR YOU” Promotion is valid on all Nomination full-price products in stock and available in store, or online, at the time of purchase; the variety and quantities of stock available can, therefore, change very quickly. Any products already on sale at a reduced price in store or online as well as Gift Cards are excluded from this Promotion.
The Nomination “ONE FOR ME, ONE FOR YOU” Promotion applies only to customers who purchase at least €69 of Nomination jewellery during the Promo period. The “ONE FOR ME, ONE FOR YOU” discount is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or combined with other promotional offers, discounts or loyalty programs, unless otherwise indicated.
The customer will receive the free gift of a Nomination Composable Classic bracelet consisting of: 1 Composable Classic Decorated Link of their choice (subject to price and availability limitations) and 18 Composable Classic Standard Component Links.
There is no limit to the number of transactions that a customer can make.
If the customer intends to return one or more of the products purchased during this promotion, they will also have to return the free bracelet in order for the return to be processed.
The Nomination “ONE FOR ME, ONE FOR YOU” Promotion is valid on all Nomination full-price products in stock and available in store, or online, at the time of purchase; the variety and quantities of stock available can, therefore, change very quickly. Any products already on sale at a reduced price in store or online are excluded from this Promotion; Gift Cards are also excluded from this Promotion.
Shipping costs for items purchased with the “ONE FOR ME, ONE FOR YOU” Promotion are governed by art. 6.6 of the general conditions of sale.
In the event that the consumer intends to return one or more products purchased with this Promotion, the same rules as provided for by art. 9 of the general conditions of sale ("right of withdrawal").
If the customer intends to return one or more of the products purchased during this promotion, they will also have to return the free bracelet in order for the return to be processed.
Nomination Srl reserves the right to withdraw or cancel the Promotion at any time, even during the Promotion period indicated in point 2 of this regulation, as well as to refuse any Promocode that it deems to be fraudulent or invalid.
Nomination Srl also reserves the right to modify the information and prices on products at any time, without prejudice to the express provisions of articles 3 and 4 of the general conditions of sale.
