Nomination March 2022 Promotion

Terms & Conditions

• The promoter of the “March 2022” Promotion is Nomination Srl, with registered office in via Fratelli Bandiera n. 22, 50019 Sesto Fiorentino (Fi), Italy. VAT no. IT05018590488.

• The Promotion period will run from 3^rd to 21^st March 2022 inclusive, and is aimed at all adult customers (18 years of age) of Nomination Srl. The Promotion grants a discount on products selected by Nomination, within the limitations and according to the terms and conditions described below.

• The Promotion is valid in-store at participating Nomination Monobrand Stores and multi-brand Retailers; as well as online at www.nomination.com, and via the websites of Nomination multi-brand Retailers, participating in the Promotion. You can check the applicability of the Promotion directly at the stores or websites of the Nomination Retailers participating in the Promotion.

• The Nomination Promotion is valid on all Nomination full-price products in stock and available in store, or online, at the time of purchase; the variety and quantities of stock available can, therefore, change very quickly. Any products already on sale at a reduced price in store or online are excluded from this Promotion; Gift Cards are also excluded from this Promotion.

• The discount granted will increase according to the minimum spend and the application of the corresponding discount will depend on the total value of the transaction. The discount is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or combined with other promotional offers, discounts or loyalty programs, unless otherwise indicated.

• The Nomination Promotion applies only to customers who purchase full-price item/s with a minimum spend of €69 in a single transaction, or with a minimum spend of €99 in a single transaction, during the Promotion period.

The minimum spend of €69 entitles the customer to a discount of €10 while a minimum spend of €99 entitles the customer to a discount of €20. These discounts are not cumulative, only one discount per transaction can be applied.

On the website www.nomination.com:

• The discount will be applied only if the user enters the Promo Code SPECIAL10 or SPECIAL20 at the check-out, before making the payment, during the Promotion period.

In particular:

• With a minimum spend of €69 by 21st March 2022, the user must insert the Promo Code: SPECIAL10 before making the payment, to apply a discount of €10 to their order.

Alternatively:

• With a minimum spend of €99 by 21st March 2022, the user must insert the Promo Code: SPECIAL20 before making the payment, to apply a discount of €20 to their order.

Minimum spend refers only to the item/s purchased and does not include shipping costs, other taxes or ancillary costs that are not included in the price of the item/s.

• Shipping costs for items purchased with the Promotion are governed by art. 6.6 of the general conditions of sale.

• In the event that the consumer intends to return one or more products purchased with this Promotion, the same rules as provided for by art. 9 of the general conditions of sale ("right of withdrawal"). 

• Nomination Srl reserves the right to withdraw or cancel the Promotion at any time, even during the Promotion period indicated in point 2 of this regulation, as well as to refuse any Promocode that it deems to be fraudulent or invalid.

• Nomination Srl also reserves the right to modify the information and prices on products at any time, without prejudice to the express provisions of articles 3 and 4 of the general conditions of sale.
