Nomination “50% OFF Second Item” Promotion

• The promoter of the “50% OFF Second Item” Promotion is Nomination Srl, with registered office in via Fratelli Bandiera n. 22, 50019 Sesto Fiorentino (Fi), Italy. VAT no. IT05018590488.

• The “50% OFF Second Item” Promotion period will run from Thursday 4th August to 22th Augist 2022 inclusive, and is aimed at all adult customers (18 years of age) of Nomination Srl. The Promotion grants a discount on products selected by Nomination, within the limitations and according to the terms and conditions described below.

• The Promotion is valid in-store at participating Nomination Monobrand Stores and multi-brand Retailers; as well as online at www.nomination.com, and via the websites of Nomination multi-brand Retailers, participating in the Promotion. You can check the applicability of the Promotion directly at the stores or websites of the Nomination Retailers participating in the Promotion.

• The discount granted will increase according to the number of articles purchased and the application of the corresponding discount will depend on the value of the single items in the transaction. The “50% OFF Second Item” discount is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or combined with other promotional offers, discounts or loyalty programs, unless otherwise indicated.

• The Nomination “50% OFF Second Item” Promotion applies only to customers who purchase at least 2 items. Es. In the case of purchase of two or more items, 50% of the value of the item with the lowest price will be discounted off the total value of the sum of the cost of the items purchased (the so-called “discounted item”).

There is no limit to the number of transactions that a customer can make.

• The Nomination “50% OFF Second Item” Promotion is valid on all Nomination full-price products in stock and available in store, or online, at the time of purchase with the exception of the Composable Collections (Classic, Glam, Time, Big); the variety and quantities of stock available can, therefore, change very quickly. Any products already on sale at a reduced price in store or online are excluded from this Promotion; Gift Cards and any products from the Composable Collection are also excluded from this Promotion.

On the website www.nomination.com:

• The Nomination “50% OFF Second Item” Promotion applies only to customers who purchase an even number of items. Es. In the case of purchase of two items, 50% of the value of the item with the lower price will be discounted off the total value of the sum of the cost of the two items (the so-called “discounted item”).

It is possible to receive an additional discount if 4 items are placed in the shopping cart; the 2 discounted items will always be those with the lowest prices and will be discounted by 50%. The same discount will be applied to a larger, even number of items in the shopping cart.

• The Nomination “50% OFF Second Item” Promotion is valid on all Nomination full-price products in stock and available in store, or online, at the time of purchase with the exception of the Composable Collections; the variety and quantities of stock available can, therefore, change very quickly. Any products already on sale at a reduced price in store or online are excluded from this Promotion; Gift Cards and any products from the Composable Collection are also excluded from this Promotion.

• Shipping costs for items purchased with the “50% OFF Second Item” Promotion are governed by art. 6.6 of the general conditions of sale.

• In the event that the consumer intends to return one or more products purchased with this Promotion, the same rules as provided for by art. 9 of the general conditions of sale ("right of withdrawal").

• Nomination Srl reserves the right to withdraw or cancel the Promotion at any time, even during the Promotion period indicated in point 2 of this regulation.

• Nomination Srl also reserves the right to modify the information and prices on products at any time, without prejudice to the express provisions of articles 3 and 4 of the general conditions of sale.
