Terms & Conditions

• The promoter of the “FREE ENGRAVING” Promotion is Nomination Srl, with registered office in via Fratelli Bandiera n. 22, 50019 Sesto Fiorentino (Fi), Italy. VAT no. IT05018590488.
• The Promotion period will run from 18^th to 31^st March 2025 inclusive, and is aimed at all adult customers (18 years of age) of Nomination Srl. The Promotion grants a free gift to customers, within the limitations and according to the terms and conditions described below.
• The Promotion is valid during the promotional period online at www.nomination.com.
• The Nomination Promotion is valid on a selection of Nomination full-price engraving products in stock and available online, at the time of purchase; the variety and quantities of stock available can, therefore, change very quickly. Any products already on sale at a reduced price in store or online are excluded from this Promotion.
• Only one free engraving service is given when the customer reaches the minimum spend, the free service is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or combined with other promotional offers, discounts or loyalty programs, unless otherwise indicated.
• The Nomination Promotion applies only to customers who purchase full-price item/s with a minimum spend of $59 in a single transaction by introducing the specific Promo Code, during the Promotion period. Minimum spend refers only to the item/s purchased and does not include shipping costs, other taxes or ancillary costs that are not included in the price of the item/s.
• Shipping costs for items purchased with the Promotion are governed by art. 6.6 of the general conditions of sale.
• In the event that the consumer intends to return one or more products purchased with this Promotion, the same rules as provided for by art. 9 of the general conditions of sale ("right of withdrawal").
• Nomination Srl reserves the right to withdraw or cancel the Promotion at any time, even during the Promotion period indicated in point 2 of this regulation, as well as to refuse any promotional transaction that it deems to be fraudulent or invalid..
• Nomination Srl also reserves the right to modify the information and prices on products at any time, without prejudice to the express provisions of articles 3 and 4 of the general conditions of sale.
